Definitions
The following terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions.
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Account | A personal user profile created on BC.Game. It stores login details, balance information, transaction history, bonuses, verification status, and platform activity. |
| Bet | A confirmed stake placed by a user on a game, sports market, event, or platform feature where an outcome determines whether the user receives a return. |
| Winnings | Funds, credits, tokens, or other rewards credited to a user after a successful bet, completed promotion, bonus result, or other eligible platform outcome. |
| Balance | The amount shown in the user’s account wallet, including available funds and, where applicable, bonus related funds. |
| Withdrawal | A request by the user to transfer eligible funds from the account to an approved external payment method or crypto wallet. |
| KYC | Know Your Customer checks used to confirm identity, age, location, payment ownership, and account legitimacy. |
| Restricted Jurisdiction | A country, region, or territory where use of the platform is blocked, limited, or not permitted under platform rules or applicable law. |
Account Registration and User Responsibilities
To use the platform, a user may need to create an account with accurate and current information. The account must belong to one person only. Users must not sell, transfer, share, or allow another person to use their account.

The user is responsible for:
- keeping login details secure;
- using only personal payment methods or wallets;
- providing accurate registration and verification information;
- checking bonus rules before accepting offers;
- reporting suspected account access problems;
- following the laws that apply in their location;
- reading updated Terms and policy documents.
BC.Game may request additional checks if account activity appears unusual, incomplete, inconsistent, or linked to restricted use.
Betting Rules and Account Activity
A bet is treated as accepted only when it has been confirmed by the system. A bet may be rejected, limited, cancelled, or declared void if there is a technical error, pricing error, market issue, rule breach, account restriction, or suspected unfair activity.
Users must not use the platform for collusion, account farming, bonus abuse, manipulation, automated play, false identity use, third party payments, or any activity intended to bypass platform rules.
If a game round, sports market, payment action, or account feature is affected by a system issue, BC.Game may review the activity and apply the result required under the relevant game rules, market rules, or account terms.
KYC and Verification Requirements
BC.Game may request KYC documents at registration, before withdrawal, during a security review, after unusual account activity, or when required by internal risk controls. Service access and payments may be limited until verification is completed.
Documents that may be requested include:
- passport, national ID card, driving licence, or another government issued identity document;
- proof of address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, government letter, or residence document;
- selfie, live face check, or video verification;
- proof of payment method ownership;
- crypto wallet ownership evidence or transaction details;
- bank statements, payslips, tax records, or other source of funds documents;
- screenshots or statements showing deposit origin;
- additional information needed to confirm age, identity, location, or account ownership.
The documents must be clear, valid, readable, and belong to the account holder. Edited, expired, mismatched, or incomplete documents may cause delays or rejection.

Deposits, Balance Use, and Withdrawals
Deposits must be made only through supported payment methods shown in the user account. The user is responsible for checking payment limits, network details, wallet addresses, currency type, and transaction confirmations before sending funds.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account status, available balance, bonus conditions, KYC checks, risk review, payment method rules, and platform limits.
The following table explains how withdrawal conditions are usually applied.
| Area | Rule |
|---|---|
| Minimum and maximum limits | Displayed in the cashier or withdrawal page and may vary by currency, payment method, account status, or region. |
| Processing time | Starts after the withdrawal request is submitted and required checks are complete. Extra review may extend the timeframe. |
| Fees | Network charges, payment provider fees, or platform disclosed fees may apply depending on method and currency. |
| Crypto transfers | Blockchain confirmation time depends on the selected network and is not fully controlled by the platform. |
| Bonus funds | Withdrawals may be blocked until bonus rules, wagering requirements, or promotion conditions are satisfied. |
| Verification review | A withdrawal may be paused until KYC, payment ownership, or source of funds checks are complete. |
BC.Game may reject or delay a withdrawal if the user provides incorrect payment details, uses a third party method, fails verification, breaches bonus rules, or triggers a security review.
Bonuses and Promotions
Promotions may have separate terms. These can include minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, expiry periods, eligible games, maximum conversion limits, country restrictions, and withdrawal rules.

Before accepting any promotion, users should:
- Open the bonus or promotion page.
- Read the full terms attached to the offer.
- Check the wagering requirement and expiry date.
- Confirm which games or markets are eligible.
- Review any maximum withdrawal or conversion limits.
- Contact support if any condition is unclear.
Using a bonus without reading its conditions does not remove the user’s responsibility to follow the rules.
Suspension, Restrictions, and Account Closure
BC.Game may restrict, suspend, or close an account where there is suspected rule violation, false information, prohibited activity, payment misuse, identity mismatch, multiple account use, chargeback activity, or access from a restricted location.
The platform may also block withdrawals while an investigation is active. If funds are linked to a confirmed breach, BC.Game may apply the measures allowed under its official Terms and internal security rules.
Users may also request account closure or responsible play limits through customer support.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If a user has a complaint, the first step is to contact BC.Game customer support. The support team is available 24 hours a day and can assist with account issues, payments, verification, bonus rules, and general platform questions.
To submit a complaint clearly, the user should:
- Collect the account username or user ID.
- Note the date and time of the issue.
- Include transaction IDs, bet IDs, screenshots, or wallet hashes where relevant.
- Explain the issue in plain language.
- Contact live support or email [email protected].
- Wait for the case review and provide extra documents if requested.
- Keep written records of all replies.
If the dispute is not resolved through customer support, the user may seek further remedies according to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in the current official Terms of Service. The general terms reviewed for this page refer to the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and its applicable dispute resolution framework, unless a newer or regional agreement published on the official website states otherwise.
Updates to These Terms
BC.Game may update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective once published on the website, unless a different effective date is stated.
Users should review this page and the official Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after updates means the user accepts the revised rules.
Final Notice
These Terms and Conditions are intended to help users understand the main rules of account use, verification, payments, withdrawals, complaints, and responsible platform access. They should be read together with the current official Terms of Service, Responsible Gaming Policy, Privacy Policy, bonus terms, payment rules, and any notices displayed inside the user account.
If anything is unclear, users should contact BC.Game support before depositing funds, placing bets, accepting promotions, or requesting withdrawals.
